It was a really short drive to the bank where Mathieu gave us a really clear run through and the safety equipment (wet suits, helmets etc). Plus it was really handy keeping our possessions in the van. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the river, the local area, history, nature it was great fun on the rapids but the tour was also fascinating. We also got to go for a swim (very cold in April but it was something they helped us pick the safest…”
